3. To modernize and increase entrepreneur’s production capacity and Strengthening  Micro-Enterprise and Entrepreneurial Skills and cooperative  Development ,Self-Help Groups among Dalit women and  youth .  

To prepare a comprehensive supporting system along the value chain encompassing the rural based, collection, processing, marketing and promotion.
